New Year! New Resolutions!
MKCC would like to wish you all a very Happy New Year and a great 2018!
Have you made any new year’s resolutions for 2018? Many of us do, setting ourselves up for failure by making our goals too ambitious for us to actually achieve, according to StatisticBrain 42% will fail.
So why not try a new approach? Commit yourself to making small improvements everyday. This approach was popularised by Sir Dave Brailsford, Performance Director of British Cycling and is known as the ‘1% marginal gains theory’. By improving every element of team GB performance by 1%, including the pillow that would offer them the best sleep, he helped them achieve incredible results.
So why don’t you look at making small changes every week and see what results you have achieved by the end of the year?
