So why not try a new approach? Commit yourself to making small improvements everyday. This approach was popularised by Sir Dave Brailsford, Performance Director of British Cycling and is known as the ‘1% marginal gains theory’. By improving every element of team GB performance by 1%, including the pillow that would offer them the best sleep, he helped them achieve incredible results.
