One main point that is raised time and time again is the issue of using online and digital information at your conference and during the lead up to your event such as e-mail updates, online registration, electronic brochures and presentations.
Think and be conscious of how much paper you are using and whether or not you are using re-usable materials such as cups, pens etc, and when it comes to catering look into using locally sourced organic foods and support the businesses in the local community.
